Ticket Log, the national leader in fleet management and maintenance solutions, offers a unified platform that connects end-to-end services for companies across Brazil. With this leadership firmly established, the Edenred Group, the French multinational that owns the brand, set a new strategic goal: expanding its operations throughout Latin America.
The growth plan, however, faced a structural challenge. The original platform lacked the technology and scalability required to support the volume of data, users, and transactions of a multi-country operation.
In 2020, Zallpy was selected as the strategic partner to lead the development of the new Americas Platform. The focus was clear: to build a solution with scalable cloud technology, designed for high performance, security, and support for millions of simultaneous accesses.

This combination of technologies created a solid, scalable foundation for Ticket Log’s international expansion plans.
The new platform was launched in 2022. While the previous version managed approximately 500,000 vehicles and more than 100,000 maintenance operations per month, the new solution was designed from day one to move over BRL 1 billion across its ecosystem. Even better, it is ready to support growth of more than 100% beyond that volume.
With the new cloud-based scalable infrastructure, countries such as Argentina have already successfully launched operations, with Mexico next in line. Ticket Log’s expansion is now a reality, with Zallpy playing a central role as its technology partner.
